I looked at the 3 BHK which has a carpet area of around 1000 sq.ft, that's plenty of space. The developer, Badhekar Develope, has put in good amenities like a children's play area and landscaping. The gated community aspect gives a sense of security. My only minor issue is that the approach road can get a bit busy during peak hou, but it’s manageable.
