We were looking for a 2 BHK and Badhekar Ankur Heights had options that fit our needs. The carpet area for the 2 BHK starts from 612 sq.ft which felt spacious enough for us. It's still under construction, expected to be ready by April 2025. The location on Paud Road, Kothrud is quite convenient, close to where my partner works. We checked out the amenities list and the 24X7 water supply and closed car parking are definitely a plus. The developer, Badhekar Develope, seems to have a decent track record based on what we saw online. We are hoping the construction quality holds up.
