    I purchased a flat in Babu Enclave for my parents who are living in Hyderabad. The key factor for me was its ready-to-move status and the fact that the OC has been received. This made the process much simpler as I didn't have to worry about construction delays or legal hurdles from afar. The proximity to Sree Netralaya hospital (3 minutes) provides great reassurance for their healthcare needs. The Chaitanyapuri Metro Station being a short distance is also beneficial for them to travel around the city easily. Swaraj Homes BuildeDeveloper has a presence here.
