It’s ready to move in, which is very convenient. The location in Mylapore is fantastic, very close to schools and hospitals. St. John's School and Kauvery Hospital are both within nearby. Baashyaam Constructions Private Limited is the developer behind this project. The construction was finished in 2009. We really liked the layout of the apartment. The only small concern is that the nearby road can be a bit noisy at times due to traffic, but we are hoping to get used to it. Overall, we are happy with the upgrade.
