After retirement, we wanted a peaceful place. B Devasya Rudra Elegance in Bodakdev seemed like a good option. The flat is 1530 square feet, a comfortable size for two. Having the Shidhnath Mahadev Mandir very close by is a spiritual plus. The project is ready to move in, which suited our timeline perfectly. We appreciate the Vaastu-compliant design and the eco-friendly organic waste converter. The 24x7 water supply is a standard but essential amenity. The completion is scheduled for March 2025, so there is a bit of waiting time. My only slight concern is the dust from ongoing nearby developments, but we hope that settles down soon.

The location in Bodakdev is excellent, with hospitals like Shalby Multi-Specialty Hospitals extremely close and the Thaltej Metro Station nearby for when they need to travel. The 3 BHK flat is about 1550 square feet, offering ample space. The inclusion of a Terrace Gazebo for Relaxation and a Dedicated Pet Park is thoughtful. My parents will also appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the power backup system. The price range of 29.43 Lakh to 30.63 Lakh was reasonable for the amenities and location. It's ready to move, which means they can settle in quickly. The developer, B Devasya Design And Buildcon Private Limited, seems reliable. The only minor drawback is that the OC is not yet available, but we are hopeful it will be sorted soon.

I recently bought a 3 BHK flat here, around 1509 square feet. The main reason was the proximity to the Thaltej Metro Station, which is nearby, making my daily commute to work much smoother. It's also great that Shalby Multi-Specialty Hospitals are nearby. The price range of 29.43 Lakh to 30.63 Lakh was acceptable. I am looking forward to using the Terrace Gazebo for relaxation after a long day. The project is by B Devasya Design And Buildcon Private Limited, and their previous work gave me confidence. I do wish the parking was a bit more spacious though; it feels a little tight sometimes.

It makes commuting easy. The flat size is around 1571 square feet, which is good space for our family. We liked the idea of a dedicated pet park, as we have a dog. The price was within our budget. Construction looks solid, and it's ready to move in, which was a priority for us.
