We were looking for a modern apartment in Goa and B and F Magnolia caught our eye. The 2 BHK configuration at 1043 square feet felt spacious for us, and the price range of 28.8 L to 50.68 L meant there were options. We really liked the landscaping and tree planting; it feels quite peaceful. It’s ready to move which suited our busy IT schedules. The area in Dangui Colony, Mapusa is developing well. One slight issue we noticed is that parking might get a bit challenging during peak hou, but it's manageable. The swimming pool is a nice amenity for weekend relaxation.
