The built-up area is large, starting from 1737 square feet, which gives good space for tenants. B Desai has a decent reputation for finishing projects. The price range was around 1.09 Crore to 1.25 Crore, which seemed reasonable for the size and location. It's ready to move since June 2016. The proximity to S G Highway is a plus for connectivity. Overall, it seems like a solid choice for rental income potential.
