We chose AZ Shangrila Villas because of its proximity to Suchitra Academy International School, which is just nearby. Our kids are enrolled there. The villa itself is a 3 BHK with 2700 sq.ft built up area, giving everyone enough peonal space. We appreciate the gated community aspect and the jogging track for our morning walks. The 24x7 water supply is a relief. We are hoping the sewage treatment plant works efficiently. It feels like a safe and good environment for our children to grow up in. We are glad we bought here.
