I purchased a 3 BHK flat with a built-up area of approximately 1450 square feet. The Vastu compliant design and North East facing apartments were appealing. The community provides essential amenities like 24x7 water supply and good air ventilation. While the property is ready to move, I did notice that the water pressure can be a bit low during peak usage times, which is something the management might want to address. However, the proximity to Velachery Main Road and Tambaram Main Road is convenient for any errands.

The video door phone lock system and 24x7 security provide good peace of mind. The apartment size is about 1060 square feet, which is manageable for me. The location in Medavakkam is peaceful, although getting onto the main roads like Velachery Main Road (nearby away) can take a few minutes due to local traffic. We liked that Sri Ayyan Homes included features like solar lighting and rainwater harvesting. The driver and maid washrooms are a thoughtful touch. The price was acceptable for the size and amenities offered.
