Decided to buy in Ayman 52 because it's ready to move and the price was within my budget. I got a 2 BHK which is around 561 square feet. It seems practical for my needs. The location in Sarkhej is developing, and it's good to be close to hospitals like ZAHRA MEDIPLUS HOSPITAL which is right at nearby. The developer, Ayman Projects, has promised completion by December 2025, which is a bit odd since it's ready to move, maybe they mean possession. Parking is ample, which is a plus. The main concern for me is the traffic on the 100 Feet Road during peak hou, it can get quite busy. Overall, it's a decent property for the price.
