We were looking for a comfortable and secure home in a well-connected area, and Ayan by ALDA in Thiruvanmiyur seemed promising. The 3 BHK builder floor configuration offeample space, with built-up areas around 1800 square feet, which is perfect for us now that the children have moved out. The inclusion of a lift and 100% power backup for it is crucial for our comfort. The security features like the smart digital lock are also reassuring. The proximity to Nellai Nadar Matriculation Higher Secondary School and Promed Hospital is a definite bonus. However, the pricing is quite steep, starting at 2.34 Crore, and the completion is still a few yeaaway in July 2028. Overall, it seems like a solid option for a peaceful retirement.
