The project is ready to move, which is a plus for immediate rental potential or future development. Developer info has included a fire fighting system and landscaping, which are standard but important. The proximity to New Baldwin International School, nearby, adds to the area's appeal. My main concern is the lack of OC received, which always makes me slightly nervous as an investor regarding the legality and future resale value. The surrounding area is still developing, so property appreciation will take time.

My primary concern is the dust and ongoing construction in the surrounding areas which can be quite botheome. The lack of an OC received is also something I need to clarify further with the developer.
