The proximity to Silicon City Academy of Secondary Education (1.5 km) and Narayana Nethralaya Eye Hospital (3.5 km) is excellent. I purchased a 2 BHK, which is around 1100 square feet, offering enough space for my family. The price was within my expected range, approximately 65 Lakh. The ready-to-move status was a major advantage. I particularly like the thoughtful amenities provided, such as the gymnasium and the multipurpose room. The only concern I have is the availability of parking; it seems a bit tight for visitoHowever, the overall environment feels secure and well-managed by Axis Concept Construction Ltd.

This is my fit property purchase, and I chose Axis Vanam in South Bangalore. I opted for a 1 BHK, which is 890 square feet, and it cost me around 52 Lakh. The project is ready to move in, which made the process less stressful. The location is quite good, being close to Konanakunte Cross Metro Station (2.46 km), which will be very useful once I start commuting regularly. I appreciate the 24x7 security and the intercom system. The common areas like the children's play area and the landscaping are well-kept. My only minor worry is the construction dust from ongoing work nearby, but hopefully that will settle down soon. The builder, Axis Concept Construction Ltd, seems reliable.

We have been living in Axis Vanam for about six months now and it's been quite peaceful. The construction quality seems solid, and the amenities like the yoga area and the gymnasium are well-maintained. It's a ready-to-move property which was a big plus for us, and we moved in right after the completion in October 2019. The 2 BHK apartment is spacious enough for two people, around 1050 square feet, giving us plenty of room. The landscaping is also very pleasant to look at from our balcony. The only slight issue is that sometimes the water pressure can be a bit low during peak hou, but it's generally manageable. Overall, a good place to settle down.

We finally moved into our 2 BHK at Axis Vanam last month after renting for yeaThe size is great, our 1240 square feet flat feels much bigger than our old place. It's in JP Nagar Phase 7, which is a decent area, though getting onto the Outer Ring Road (nearby away) can be a bit slow during peak commute times. The building itself is nice, with a children's play area that our daughter loves. We also appreciate the 24x7 security and water supply. The price point was a bit stretched for us, around 70 Lakh, but we felt it was worth it for the space and location given our budget. Axis Concept Construction Ltd seems to have delivered a good product here.

It's a ready-to-move-in project, which I liked because I didn't want to wait. The location in South Bangalore is convenient, close to Narayana Nethralaya Eye Hospital which is important for my family. The only downside is the traffic getting out of JP Nagar Phase 7, especially towards NH 44 which is nearby. Also, I haven't received the Occupancy Certificate yet, which is a bit concerning for a property that was completed in October 2019. The amenities are decent, especially the club house.
