I chose it because it is ready to move and the price was within my very limited budget. The developer, Awash Vikash Realty India Pvt Ltd, also offea clubhouse and a gymnasium, which are nice to have. It's also a gated community, which makes me feel safer. The plot area is quite small, and I am a bit worried about the construction quality and how it will hold up over the yea, as I am not very familiar with these things. The nearby metro station is a bit of a walk, nearby.
