The flat is spacious at 1476 square feet, and we got it for around 1.22 Crore. The fact that it is under the City Corporation limit with metro and sewerage connection is a big plus for future development and services. The Koyambedu Metro Station is nearby, making travel easier. AVR Homes has provided car parking and lifts, which are essential. The only slight issue we've noticed is some dust from ongoing construction nearby, but we hope that will subside soon. Overall, the community feels safe and well-connected.
