The 3 BHK flat size, around 1300 square feet, is a good upgrade from our current rental. The price of 85.79 Lakh seemed reasonable for the area and the amenities like lifts and 24x7 water supply. The proximity to Apollo Hospital, about a 10-minute drive, is also reassuring. My only slight worry is the completion status wasn't clearly available, and we're hoping AVR Homes has a good track record for finishing touches. The Vastu compliance was important to us and this project meets that. Overall, it feels like a solid step up.

The 3 BHK flats have a built-up area of 1350 square feet, offering enough room for our family. We also appreciated that the project is under the City Corporation limit. However, the construction site nearby does create some dust, which is a minor concern for us, especially with the kids. The price is on the higher side, around 89 Lakh, but the convenience of the location offsets it partly. Having 24x7 CCTV surveillance gives us peace of mind.
