The price point of 63.09 Lakh was reasonable given the location in Manikonda. The gymnasium is a good facility for staying active. My only small observation is that the road leading to the project can get a bit congested during peak hou, but once inside the complex, it's peaceful. Overall, a decent purchase for my retirement.
