As a single woman working in Chennai, I wanted something convenient and safe. Avittam Pumpukar in Pallavaram seemed like a good option. It's ready to move in, which means no waiting. The proximity to the Airport Metro Station, just nearby, is fantastic for my commute. It makes getting to the airport or other parts of the city very easy. The area is relatively peaceful compared to the main city. I did notice that the internal roads within the project could be better maintained. Also, finding parking can be a bit challenging during peak hou, but overall it suits my needs well for now. Avittam Homes has provided decent amenities.
