We have been living in Avittam Alwar for about six months now. The construction quality seems quite good, and the apartment is vastu compliant which was important for us. We got a 2 BHK flat, around 750 square feet built up, and it feels spacious enough for my wife and me. The location in Pammal is decent, close to PARVATHY HOSPITAL which is a plus. My only minor gripe is that the road leading to the project can be a bit congested during peak hou, making the commute slightly longer than expected sometimes. The children's play area is a nice touch, though we don't use it much. Overall, a peaceful place to retire.

We recently moved into our 2 BHK apartment at Avittam Alwar in Pammal. The built-up area is 890 square feet, and it cost us around 42 Lakhs. We chose this project mainly because it was ready for possession and Avittam Homes had a reasonable reputation. The layout is quite good, with good natural light. The children's play area is a big hit with my son. However, parking is a bit of a challenge; the closed car parking slots are quite narrow, and maneuvering can be difficult, especially if you have a larger vehicle. We are still getting used to the area, but the apartment itself is comfortable for now. Hope the maintenance is good going forward.

I liked that it's ready to move in, so no waiting. The apartment layout is practical, and the building has basic amenities like closed car parking and a lift, which are essential. My only concern is that the OC is not yet available, which is a bit worrying for a government employee like me. The proximity to the Airport Metro Station, nearby, is also a factor for future travel. Overall, a decent deal.
