After yeaof renting, we finally decided to buy our own place and chose a plot in Avirat Sopan Icon. We purchased a 3600 sq.ft plot. The location near Bopal in Gandhinagar is convenient for our jobs. It's ready to move, which gives us flexibility on when we start building. The proximity to schools like Delhi Public School Bopal is excellent. We have heard good things about Avirat Group. My only concern is the traffic can get a bit heavy on the main road during peak hou, but that's expected given the area's development. We are looking forward to building our home here.
