Our unit is 1008 square feet, which is adequate. The area offegood connectivity, being close to major roads like the 120 Feet Ring Road and Railway Crossing Road. Essential services like St. Xavier's High School are also very nearby. The building has essential amenities like lifts, car parking, and water storage, which are standard. However, the dust from ongoing construction in the vicinity can be a nuisance at times. Also, the lack of readily available information on OC received might be a point to consider for some buye, though it hasn't impacted my investment so far. The initial cost was within the 61.38 Lakh to 87.99 Lakh bracket, which seemed competitive for the time.
