The 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance give me great peace of mind when I'm at home or traveling for work. Having 24x7 water supply and power backup means I don't have to worry about disruptions. The proximity to Mazumdar Shaw Medical Center is also a plus. The only downside is that the parking can feel a bit cramped if you have a larger vehicle.
