We paid about 52 Lakhs for our unit, which felt a bit high, but the builder, Avexa Buildcon, has a good reputation. It's ready to move, which saved us a lot of hassle. The proximity to the NSEZ Metro Station (10 mins) is also convenient for my wife's commute. Parking can be a little tight if you have multiple vehicles, but otherwise, it's a good family home.
