The proximity to DELHI WORLD PUBLIC SCHOOL NOIDA EXTENSION and Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital Noida Extension, both at nearby distance, is very convenient. However, I am a little concerned about the traffic during peak houon the main road leading to the project. Also, the construction dust can be a bit much sometimes, but that's common in developing areas.
