The price range of 43.0 L to 54.99 L was acceptable, and I was happy that the project was ready to move by May 2024. Avexa Buildcon seems reliable. It is located in Noida extension, Sector 1, near Ace City. The distance to Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital Noida Extension is nearby, which is reassuring. A minor drawback is that the surrounding area is still developing, so there can be some construction dust at times.

The only thing is the road leading to the project can be a bit narrow and dusty during construction phases nearby.

The Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital is also close by at nearby, which provides peace of mind. My only concern is the traffic on the main road during peak houwhen dropping off or picking up the kids.
