    We bought a 3 BHK flat in Avenue Towefor my family. The biggest advantage is that Maxim Merry School is right next door, literally nearby, which is perfect for my kids. Max Super Specialty Hospital is also at nearby, so medical emergencies are well covered. The flat size is 1650 square feet built up, which is ample space for all of us. We paid about 69.89 Lakh. The developer, Ever Rich Buildcon Pvt Ltd, provided PSPCL electricity metefrom day one, which was a small but appreciated detail. The project is ready to move in. The only slight concern is that Sector 123 can get a bit congested during peak hou, especially with school drop-offs and pick-ups.
