Being ready to move was perfect for my tight schedule. It’s close to MAAYA SPECIALITY HOSPITALS, which is about an 0.80 kilometer walk, very convenient. Also, Kumaran Nagar Bus Stop is nearby, making my commute manageable. The construction quality looks good. My only minor gripe is that the internal roads within the complex could be a bit wider for easier parking.

The location in Kolathur is quite convenient, being close to the Grand Northern Trunk Road and the Chennai Bypass. It's also not too far from MAAYA SPECIALITY HOSPITALS, which is a plus. The developer, Avenue Homes and RealtoIndia, has a decent reputation. The common areas and the building structure appear solid. One thing that could be improved is the ventilation in the smaller rooms; they seem a bit stuffy during the afternoon.
