We checked out Avantika The Espino last weekend. The location in Ameenpur, near Ramachandrapuram is pretty good, close to NH 65 which is convenient for my commute. They have nice spacious apartments, the 2 BHK we looked at was 1084 Sq.ft built up, felt quite airy. The massive 39,000 sq.ft clubhouse sounds like a big plus for weekend relaxation. My partner loved the idea of a gym and swimming pool right there. Prices are in the range of 72.62 Lakh to 1.19 Crore, which is a bit high but seems standard for this area in Hyderabad. Construction is ongoing, expected to finish by November 2027. Overall, it looks like a promising project.
