It felt safer to buy something that is complete. I liked that it is in North Hyderabad and close to things. Matrusri DAV Public School is very near, less than a kilometer. The price was within my budget for a starter home. The only slight issue is that the construction dust from ongoing nearby developments can be a bit annoying sometimes. But the flat itself is nice and I am happy to finally own my own place. Avantika Constructions seems reliable.
