We were looking for a villa close to the city but with some greenery. Avani Sukruti Homes in Bowrampet seemed like a good option. The location is quite convenient, especially being opposite Oakridge International School. We got a 3 BHK villa, built up area around 1600 sq.ft. It is ready to move which was a big plus for us. The builder, Sri Avani Projects, has included a gymnasium and a swimming pool, which are nice amenities. The landscaping and tree planting give it a pleasant feel. The only slight issue is the road leading to the project can get a bit busy during peak school hou, but that's manageable. Overall, it's a peaceful place for a family.

The location in North Hyderabad, near Bachupally, is decent. It's Vastu compliant, which was important to my family. They also have solar lighting in common areas, which is a good eco-friendly touch. The jogging track is also a nice feature for morning runs. Getting to the hospital takes about 10 minutes. Parking is ample.
