It was ready to move in since October 2022. The developer, Avani Infra Hyderabad, seems to have good amenities like a children's play area and a gymnasium, which is nice for the grandchildren when they visit. The location is also convenient, with Fusion International School just 0 kilometeaway, making it easy for the kids. The only issue I've noticed is the traffic getting out of Ameenpur during peak houcan be a bit slow.
