Finding a place near Vibgyor High School was our main priority, and Avani Gardens is only nearby. We looked at the 1515 Sq.ft 2 BHK option which gives plenty of room for our two children. The jogging track and cycling path are great for weekend family activities. The developer, Avani Builde, seems to have a good track record. We are happy with the overall space and the amenities provided. The price point of 81.13 Lakh for the larger flats was a bit high, but the proximity to the school made it worth it for us. The car parking is adequate.

I needed a place that was well-connected and had good security. Avani Gardens in Jakkur fit the bill. I bought a 1125 Sq.ft 2 BHK for about 60.24 Lakh. The location opposite Century Celeste is easy to find. Having a gymnasium and a swimming pool right within the complex is fantastic for my busy schedule. The visitor parking is also a thoughtful inclusion. My only slight worry is the traffic on Jakkur Main Road during peak hou; it can get quite congested getting out of the area. However, the overall convenience makes up for it.

The developer, Avani Builde, has been around for a while. I liked the idea of the multipurpose hall for gatherings and the children's play area is a good size. The location in North Bangalore is developing nicely. My only reservation is that the OC received status is not readily available, which makes me wonder about the final approvals. Otherwise, it seems like a good start.
