However, the limited information on pricing makes it difficult to assess the value proposition as an investment right now. We also need to undetand the rental demand in the immediate vicinity better. The under construction status means we need to wait for possession.

Having Kennedy High The Global School and Medicover Hospitals nearby is a huge relief, especially with our young child. The developer, Avani Infra Develope, has promised completion by January 2026. We liked the plans for landscaping and tree planting, which should make the complex look nice. We do wish the parking was a bit more organized, as both open and closed parking are mentioned, but we need to see how it is managed. The project is under construction, so there is some waiting involved. Power backup and water conservation measures are also included.
