We decided to upgrade from our rental apartment and chose Avalon Park 2. The 3.5 BHK villa gives us much more space, 2250 Sq.ft, which is great for our growing family. We were looking for a place with good amenities, and the club house, sauna bath, and spa are fantastic. The project was completed in September 2019, and it is ready to move into. The price of 42 Lakh onwards was a stretch but manageable with our combined income. A minor concern is the traffic noise sometimes, especially from NH-8 (Old) which is nearby. Still, the 24x7 water supply and fire fighting system give us confidence. Landscaping is also very pleasant.

Moving into Avalon Park 2 was a good decision for our family. The Divine Life International School is nearby, making the morning rush much easier. Our 3.5 BHK villa is ample space for the kids to play around. We liked the landscaping and tree planting around the complex, it feels quite green. The club house and amphitheater are nice additions for weekend entertainment. The only minor issue is the dust on the approach road, which can be a bit much during dry weather. We paid around 42 Lakh for our villa. The water supply is 24x7 which is a big plus. Security guards are always present.

The amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are well-maintained. The location in Vatva is decent, with Parmarnu Garnalu Bus Stop a short distance, which helps with public transport access. While the overall construction quality seems good, the OC received status is not available, which is a bit concerning for official purposes. However, the 24x7 security and closed car parking provide good convenience. I hope the developer sorts out the OC soon.

Swastik Hospital & Dental Clinic is nearby, which gives us peace of mind. The price of 42 Lakh onwards was within budget. The project was completed by Avalon Infrastructure in September 2019. The security guards and 24x7 water supply are important for them. Lift access is also convenient.
