We recently moved into our 2.5 BHK at Avalon Gardens. The apartment size of 1250 square feet is perfect for us as a young couple starting out. We love the swimming pool and the amphitheater for weekend entertainment. The location on Alwar Bypass Road is convenient for my commute to work, taking about 30 minutes. The gym is well-equipped too. Our only real complaint is the parking. It feels a bit cramped, especially when we have guests over. Also, there's quite a bit of dust from the ongoing construction nearby, but hopefully that will settle down soon. The clubhouse is a nice place to relax.

The price range of 24.89 Lakh to 31.86 Lakh seemed competitive for the size and amenities offered. I appreciated the inclusion of features like a spa and a gymnasium, along with essential services like 24x7 security and intercom. The project was completed back in 2006. However, the lack of available bank approvals was a deterrent for me, as it adds complexity to financing. Also, while the project has features like fountains and landscaping, the general upkeep could be better in some common areas. The location is decent but not spectacular.

The project is situated in Milakpur Goojar, near the Alwar Bypass Road, which provides decent connectivity. Amenities like 24x7 water supply and security are reliable, which is important for peace of mind. Hari Ram hospital is just nearby, which is very convenient. The construction quality seems solid. We bought a 2.5 BHK here a few months ago. The size is around 1250 square feet which feels quite adequate for us. Avalon Gardens is ready to move which was a big plus, we didn't want to wait anymore. The landscaping and tree planting around the complex is nice and gives a peaceful vibe. Security is also good with 24x7 guards and CCTV. My only minor issue is that the Alwar Bypass Road can get quite busy during peak hou, making it a bit noisy sometimes. Overall, it's a comfortable place to live in for a retired couple like us.
