It’s ready to move in, so I could settle quickly. The location on Baben Road is decent, and it’s good that Freedom Valley School is nearby, though not directly relevant to me. The developer, Avadh Group, seems to have delivered a functional product. My only minor complaint is that the shopping mall amenity is quite small and doesn't offer much variety.
