I liked the idea of having a swimming pool and gymnasium available, although I haven't used them much yet. The construction was completed back in December 2012, so it's a ready to move in property which was important for us. Parking can be a bit of a squeeze sometimes, especially during peak houwhen visitoarrive. But overall, it's a decent place for the money. AV Properties (India) Pvt. Ltd.
