We were looking for a spacious home and Aurum Alumni Accord had the 4 BHK flats we wanted. The built-up area is 1620 square feet which feels quite large. Location on Yamuna Expressway is good for us as we both work in Noida and the metro station is not too far. The price point of 1.47 Crore onwards seemed fair for the size and location. Construction is still ongoing, completion is expected in July 2028. We did notice some dust on site which is expected given it's under construction. Overall, we are excited to move in.

Finding a home with enough space for the whole family was a priority. The 4 BHK configuration at Aurum Alumni Accord, with 1620 square feet built-up area, is perfect. It's great that there's a grocery shop within the complex, making daily errands easier. Plus, the kids will love the skating rink and the swimming pool. The proximity to Divya Multispeciality Hospital Dankaur at nearby is also a relief for us parents. The price starts from 1.47 Crore. We are a little concerned about the commute to Noida Sector 148 Metro Station, which is over nearby, but we are focusing on the in-project facilities and the home itself. The budget was around 1.47 Crore which fit our initial planning. The developer, Aurum Alumni, seems to have a decent reputation. The location near Jaypee Greens Sports City is developing, and we hope it will be a good decision for the future. We are waiting for the July 2028 completion.
