We loved the exclusive landscape balcony for each mansion and the idea of a private foyer with two elevatoIt feels like a real upgrade. The size of the apartments, around 5300 to 5400 square feet, is fantastic for our growing family. We also looked at the nearby amenities, with Chirec School just 3 kilometeaway, which is perfect for our children. The price is quite high, averaging around 6.63 Cr to 6.75 Cr, which was a stretch for us, but we secured a good loan. The development is ongoing, with completion set for August 2028. We are a bit worried about the traffic in Hitech City during peak hou, but the metro station is nearby.
