I checked out the 2 BHK flats, which have carpet areas around 749 Sq.ft to 820 Sq.ft. The project offeexcellent amenities like Wi-Fi, 24x7 security, and automated lifts with power backup, which are crucial for me. The price point, starting at 42.01 Lakh, is also reasonable. My main concern is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, which might make commuting a bit challenging. But the overall facilities and the builder's reputation make it a good buy.
