    I purchased a 2 BHK flat in Aurigaa, Bangalore East, as an investment. The built-up area is 1150 square feet, and the price was 62 Lakh. The project by AIMA Enterprises is ready to move, which is good for immediate rental income. The area around Sarjapur Road has seen good development. The amenities like the club house and the tennis court add value. I am expecting good appreciation in the coming yeaThe only downside I see is that the OC received status is not readily available, which might be a point of concern for some buye, but for an investment property, it's acceptable.
