The price point between 25.0 L and 45.0 L is attractive for this size and location in Faridabad. Being ready to move was a major factor. The developer, Auric Group, has packed the project with amenities like a clubhouse, swimming pool, and a multipurpose room. The earthquake-resistant structure gives peace of mind. My only complaint is that the parking area feels a bit cramped, especially when visitocome.
