    Finally moved out of our rental place into this 2 BHK at Auric City home. The teacher salaries meant we had to save for a while, but the budget of 11.07 Lakh to 17.15 Lakh for a 2 BHK was manageable. We got a unit around 500 square feet, which feels much better than our old place. Having a gymnasium on-site is great for staying fit without extra travel. The 24x7 water supply and security with CCTV surveillance are important for us. Ajmer Road is a busy area, so getting in and out with car parking can sometimes be a little tricky, especially if you have visitoBut overall, the Auric Group seems to have delivered a practical living space. It feels good to own our own home.

However, the parking situation, specifically closed car parking, felt a bit cramped when we visited. We also found the overall finishing inside the flat to be average, not premium, but acceptable for the price point. Auric Group has provided basic amenities.

Garg Child Hospital is also right next door, which gives us peace of mind. The flat sizes are decent, our 2 BHK has a built-up area of around 430 to 567 square feet. It's ready to move in and the July 2020 completion date was suitable for us. The children's play area is a nice touch and my kids already love it. The landscaping adds a bit of green to the surroundings. My only slight worry is the traffic on Ajmer Road during peak hou; it can get quite congested.
