    We just bought our fit flat at Aurelia in Nayapalli. It's a 3 BHK and the size is around 1562 sq.ft, which feels quite big for us. The price was around 95.28 Lakh, which was manageable for our fit home. Myspace Homes seems to have a good reputation. The location is really convenient, especially being close to Stewart School, which is a short distance. That was a major factor for us. We also liked that it is ready to move in, so we don't have to wait around. The interiolook decent, though we will do some peonal touches later. The area around the building is okay, a little bit of dust from ongoing construction nearby, but nothing too major. Overall, we are happy with this purchase and looking forward to moving in soon.
