My partner and I were looking for our fit home together. Aura Enclave in Singasandra caught our eye. The 2 BHK flat size of 1200 sq.ft built-up is perfect for us starting out. It being ready to move was a huge advantage. We liked that it is close to VIBGYOR High School, as we plan to start a family soon. Also, being near Bommanahalli Junction means good connectivity. One thing we are a bit worried about is the parking space. It seems a little tight, especially if we have guests over. The project was completed in February 2016. We are excited about this new chapter.

The 1200 sq.ft built up area for the 2 BHK is quite spacious, I think they will be comfortable. It's close to Hosur Road, making it accessible for visitoMy only concern is the noise from the highway, but hopefully, they will get used to it.
