We bought a plot of 634 Sq.ft and are planning to build our home soon. The project is gated which gives us peace of mind. The children's play area is decent for now, but we hope they add more facilities later. The price range was within our budget for this location, around 28.53 Lakhs. The main issue is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, it gets quite congested. Otherwise, it’s a good location for families needing school access.
