Relocating to Bengaluru for work at Bangalore Baptist Hospital, which is nearby, made ATZ Rock View an obvious choice. I opted for a 2 BHK flat, 1525 Sq.ft, costing approximately 90 Lakh. The proximity to the hospital is a huge relief. The project offeessential amenities like 24x7 water supply and a fire fighting system, which are crucial. The gymnasium is also quite adequate. While Hebbal Railway Station is nearby, making weekend travel easier, the parking situation can be a bit tight if you have guests over frequently. The landscaping and gardens are pleasant.

I bought a larger 3 BHK at ATZ Rock View, around 1650 Sq.ft, for close to 95 Lakh. My business requires me to travel frequently, so being close to NH 44 was a major draw. The apartment itself is spacious, and the Vastu compliant design was a plus. ATZ PROPERTIES RTIES TIES IES ES S has included a good range of amenities, including a tennis court and a jogging track, which I appreciate. The Retail Boulevard within the complex is also a convenient addition for daily shopping. The only downside is the dust from ongoing construction on nearby roads, which can be a nuisance at times.

The built-up area for our flat is 1050 Sq.ft, which feels spacious enough for two. I really like the gymnasium and the swimming pool, they are well-maintained. The only small issue is the traffic on Rachenahalli Main Road during peak hou, it can get a bit frustrating. But overall, the amenities provided are good for the price we paid, which was around 60 Lakh. We are happy with the decision.

We paid about 80 Lakh for this flat. The construction seems solid, and it's ready to move in, which was a priority. We haven't received the Occupancy Certificate yet, which is a bit concerning, but the builder assures us it's in process.
