Atur India has delivered this project, which was completed by June 2018. The price range of 50 Lakhs to 75 Lakhs offesome flexibility. While the project has standard amenities like a swimming pool, gymnasium, and power backup, the surrounding area can get dusty due to ongoing development. This is a common issue in developing localities like Pisoli. We are optimistic about the long-term appreciation of property values here.

We bought a 3 BHK here mainly because of the proximity to good schools. Bishop School Bus Stop is just a 2-minute walk, and EuroSchool Undri is also super close. Having Dr. Masal Hospital a short distance gives us peace of mind. The apartment size is good, around 868 sq.ft carpet area, giving our children enough room to play. The price was around 72 Lakhs, which was a bit stretched for us, but the location was non-negotiable. The landscaping and tree planting provide a nice green feel. The 24x7 security is also a big comfort for us as a family.
