We needed a 3 BHK in Electronic City and found Atulya Residential by Magnum DevelopeThe main reason we chose this was its proximity to SFS Academy, which is only about 4.3 kilometeaway, making school runs much easier for our children. The fact that it is ready to move was also a big plus, as we didn't want to wait for construction. The living space seems adequate for our family of four. We did notice a bit of construction dust in the common areas, which is expected in a developing locality like Choodasandra, but it's manageable. We are still settling in and getting used to the neighborhood. The B M T C Bus Depot is also relatively close, which is convenient.
