Atul Constructions is the developer, and the project is scheduled for completion in December 2026. I chose this project because of its focus on security features like 24x7 CCTV surveillance and video door security, which are important for my parents' peace of mind. While the location in Vadgaon Budruk is good, I do wish there was a closer metro station than Nal Stop, which is nearby. Still, for my parents' needs, it looks like a solid choice.
